Rachel participated in a 5k fun run/walk at her school for the end of the year. She got extra credit in a few classes for doing so. She had a great time despite the drizzle of rain. It had been pouring all night long before, so really the drizzle was welcome since we had thought she might be running in break up boots and a rain coat! :P
Rachel is saying "good bye" to Jr High. It seems unbelievable she is going to be starting High School next year. We moved here when she was just starting the 4th grade. Time has flown.She has received her certificate of graduation from Jr High and is ready to begin a new exciting chapter in her life. Can't wait to see what lies head for her.
